Return & Refund Policy - The Grill Masters (Brunswick, GA)
Every piece we make starts with a custom impression of your own teeth, so each grillz set is built to order specifically for you. Because of this, our return and refund policy looks a little different than a standard retail policy.
Final Sale on Custom Work
All custom-molded grillz are made to order and are considered a final sale once production begins. We're unable to accept returns or offer refunds simply due to a change of mind, since a custom-fit piece cannot be resold to another customer.
Fit and Comfort
We take real impressions and take care with every fitting, but small adjustments are sometimes needed as you get used to wearing a new piece. If your grillz doesn't sit right, bring it back into the Brunswick shop within 14 days of pickup and we'll do our best to adjust the fit at no extra charge. We cannot guarantee a perfect fit on the first try for every mouth shape, and adjustment visits are treated as a courtesy rather than a refund trigger.
Manufacturing Defects
If a piece arrives or is picked up with a genuine manufacturing defect - a loose stone, a casting flaw, or similar issue that isn't the result of normal wear - let us know within 7 days so we can repair or remake it at no cost.
Mold Kits
If you purchased an at-home mold kit rather than getting fitted in-store, unused and unopened kits can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Used mold kits cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Notice Requirement
Please reach out to us before mailing anything back or showing up expecting an on-the-spot refund - most issues are best handled with a quick visit to the shop or a phone call so we can take a look in person.
Non-Returnable Items
Because every grillz set is custom fabricated for the individual wearer, we do not accept mail-in returns of finished jewelry. All fit checks, adjustments, and defect claims are handled in-shop.
